Kevin Campbell, MD, is a board-certified urologist specializing in sexual medicine. He is the Director of the Men’s Sexual Health Clinic with The Urology Group in Cincinnati.
Dr. Campbell graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1989 and received his surgical and urology training at The Ohio State University Hospitals, where he completed his internship and residency.
Dr. Campbell began working as a Urologist in 1994 in Hamilton, Ohio, with Greater Miami Urological Associates, Inc. During his residency at Ohio State University, he trained in the placement of penile prosthesis, which was one of the few options at the time for men with erectile dysfunction. Because of his expertise in this area and because many urologists had little interest in this option at the time, he became a local expert while working with Miami Urological Association.
Dr. Campbell joined the Urology Group in 1999. As the group developed, it saw the need for sub-specialization, which enabled Dr. Campbell to start the Men’s Sexual Health Clinic in the group’s Norwood facility.
Today, Dr. Campbell’s practice is approximately 50% catered to men with any number of issues with sexual dysfunction. Over the past decade, Campbell has typically been in the top 25 surgeons in the country in terms of number of penile prosthesis performed annually.
He is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the Large Urology Group Practice Association.
